You want to make good on your New Year’s resolution to lose weight, don’t you? The idea of a gym membership is all good, but you want to make sure you take advantage of all of the time you have to spend. Maximizing time at the gym means doing things a bit differently to bring the burn on and get that weight off.
In order to make every minute work for you, a few ideas should be considered:
- Go in the morning. Most people’s energy level is at the top first thing in the day.
- Go with someone else who is in just a bit better physical condition than you are.
- Your time may be limited because of other commitments but still take time to warm up as this gives your body more of a chance to build up to the actual work you are going to be getting into.
- Multitask with different body/muscle groups at the same time.
